Maticwrites

Services

Microsoft 365 ghostwriting, done four ways.

Pick one. Most clients start with LinkedIn and add the newsletter around month three.

What you can buy
Retainer / monthly

LinkedIn ghostwriting

Eight to twelve posts a month, written in your voice from your actual opinions. Built around what you sell: security assessments, Copilot readiness, migration work, managed services.

Retainer / monthly

Newsletter ghostwriting

One issue a week. Subject line, body, links, ready to send. The list is the asset you own, and it keeps working when LinkedIn decides your reach should drop by half.

One-time project

Voice profile build

Two interviews, a full read of everything you have published, and a written profile your team and your AI tools can work from. Useful even if you never hire me again.

One-time project

Content strategy sprint

Ninety minutes and a written plan. What to publish, in what order, aimed at which buyer. For partners who want to run it in-house and need the map.

How it works

Five steps. Thirty minutes of your week.

01

Fit call

Twenty minutes. What you sell, who buys it, what has already failed. If content is the wrong tool for your situation, this is where I say so.

02

Voice capture

Two recorded interviews. I am after your opinions and your war stories, not your bio. The profile that comes out of this is what stops the drafts sounding generic.

03

First queue

Two weeks of drafts at once, so you can see the range before we commit. You approve, edit or kill each one.

04

Publish rhythm

Drafts land on a fixed day. You review in one pass. Nothing goes out without your approval, ever.

05

Monthly review

What got saved, what got replies, which posts pulled inbound. We drop what is not working instead of defending it.

FAQ

Questions I get on the first call.

That is the entire job. The voice profile exists so the drafts land in your register on the first pass, not the fourth. If month one does not sound like you, we fix the profile, not the posts.

Thirty minutes a week on average. One approval pass on the draft queue, plus a monthly voice call of about forty five minutes. Clients who try to give me more time usually make the output worse, not better.

Yes, with rules. Objective comparison is fair game and it performs. Personal attacks on a competitor are not, and I will push back if a draft drifts there.

Kill it. No charge, no argument, no defending my own writing. Your name is on it, so your call decides.

English and Slovenian. I write and publish in both every week.

Comments and replies inside four to six weeks. Inbound conversations that turn into pipeline usually take three to six months, and that depends as much on your offer as on the writing. Anyone promising faster is selling you something.

Retainers are priced per engagement based on volume and how much research each piece needs. You get a number on the fit call, not a form to fill in first.

Next step

Start with the fit call.

Twenty minutes, no deck, no pitch sequence afterwards. Book the slot and bring your two hardest questions.
